Delivery & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
Please note, our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to made-to-order / customised products. If we anticipate longer delivery times for a specific product, that information will be listed above as well as in checkout and in the order confirmation email.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
During the holiday period, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and additional business days for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
• Orders placed between December 1st - December 27th will have an extended return window that allows exchange or store credit (no refunds issued) up until 14th of January 2025.
